Bäumer BSM Horizontal Splitting Machine

The BSM is Bäumer's entry level splitting machine, and it's built for the tough stuff. With a stationary cutting unit and a reversing table, it's designed to split hard and high density materials such as EPDM, PE and rebond foam cleanly and accurately.

Dense materials push a splitter hard. Soft foam forgives a lot. EPDM, polyethylene and rebond don't. The BSM's stationary cutting unit keeps the blade stable while the reversing table feeds the material through, giving you a flat, even split and a consistent thickness across the whole sheet.
