The BMA/102-PROFI is an automatic handle tape sewing machine for mattress manufacturers. It takes three and up to five raw materials and guides them through fully customisable folder sets to produce finished handle tape.
Handles see real wear. They need to be strong, neat and consistent from one mattress to the next. Making handle tape by hand, folding and stitching several layers, is fiddly and slow. The BMA/102-PROFI does it automatically, with the folders set up to suit your materials and handle design.
Customisable folder sets
The folder sets are the heart of the machine. Because they're free to customise, you're not tied to one handle style. Change the materials or the construction and the folders can be adapted to match.
