The PCE-LES 103 is a portable LED stroboscope and non-contact tachometer for visually stopping or slowing repetitive motion during inspection.

It is particularly useful for production machinery in printing, textile and general industrial environments. When the flash frequency matches the movement frequency, the target appears stationary, allowing speed, vibration and movement to be assessed without contact.
