Bespoke plastic profile extrusion is Rayda Plastics' core trade. The company takes a customer's specification, or an idea for a new profile, and works it through from tooling design to finished production run. Profiles can be extruded in a wide range of stock colours, or matched precisely to a customer's own colour requirement. Where a job calls for something more complex than a single material, two or more compatible plastics can be co-extruded onto the same profile, which is useful for combining strength and flexibility, or for building in a decorative stripe. Holes can also be punched or routed into the profile as part of the extrusion run itself.
