In-House Plastic Extrusion Tooling Design

Rayda Plastics designs and develops its own plastic extrusion tools in house, rather than relying on outside toolmakers. This keeps the whole process, from initial concept through tool design to finished extrusion, under one roof. It also means changes and adjustments to a die can be made quickly during development, which tends to shorten the time it takes to get from a customer's specification to a working production run. The same in-house approach extends to some of the company's ancillary equipment, which is designed and built to suit its own extrusion lines.
