Rayda Plastics has been designing and manufacturing custom plastic extrusions from its Devon facility since 1976. The team produces bespoke extruded plastic profiles, tubes and pipes to a customer's own specification, or designs a product from scratch for a specific application. Every extrusion process is custom built to suit the job. Tooling is designed and made in house, which keeps lead times tight and gives full control over the finished profile. Products can be printed using state of the art inkjet printers, extruded in standard stock colours, or colour matched exactly to a customer's requirement. For applications that need more than one material, co-extrusion combines two or more compatible plastics into a single product. This is a common route for cost effective pipe manufacture, where a lower cost core material is covered with a thinner outer layer for appearance, or where a rigid profile needs a flexible seal or skirt built in. Multi colour striped extrusions are produced the same way.

Extruded plastic tubes and profiles can be manufactured rigid or flexible, to a range of shore hardness levels depending on the end use. Flexible tube and pipe can be coiled or cut to length. Holes can be punched or routed as part of the extrusion process itself, cutting out a separate finishing step. Rayda Plastics does not run a stock catalogue or take small one off orders.
