Rigid Plastic Profile Extrusion

Rigid plastic profile extrusion from Rayda Plastics is manufactured to the level of stiffness an application needs, with shore hardness set during the extrusion process rather than added afterwards. Rigid sections are commonly used where a profile needs to hold its shape under load, such as structural trim or framing components. Where a job needs both strength and some give, a rigid section can be co-extruded together with a flexible seal or skirt in a single pass, avoiding the need for a separate bonding or assembly step further down the line.
