Routed Plastic Extrusion Profiles

Where a profile needs a feature that a straightforward punch cannot produce, Rayda Plastics can route the extrusion as part of the manufacturing process. This can be used for shaped cut outs, notches or other detail work built directly into the finished length. As with in-line punching, carrying out routing during extrusion rather than afterwards keeps production more efficient and reduces the handling needed between the extrusion line and a finished, ready to use profile.
