About Rayda Plastics

Rayda Plastics has been making high quality extrusion products since 1976. Based in Willand, near Cullompton in Devon, we're now one of the largest independent trade custom plastic extrusion manufacturers in the South of England, but we've held on to the approachability and flexibility that got us here in the first place.

We're a family run business with a long established production team and a group of engineers dedicated to the quality and continual improvement of our customers' product range. Customers have described us as enthusiasts, and we think you'll find us considerate to your needs, forward thinking and always ready to help you add value to your products.

We keep our pricing competitive through low overheads, good management and efficient production procedures. Quality has been independently verified too. We've held ISO accreditation since 2003, and we're externally audited by the British Board of Agrément.

For large repeat orders, we hold stock to help improve lead times, and some of our customers have been with us for more than 25 years, which speaks for itself.

Our workshop is equipped with a well stocked tool room and state of the art twin and single screw extruders with dual extrusion capability, giving us the flexibility to handle a wide range of jobs.

Materials and expertise

We work with a broad range of plastic materials, including uPVC, flexible PVC, ABS, HIPS, polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, nylon, EVA, TPE and TPU. Whatever the job, we'll help find the right material and the right colour, whether that's from our standard range, a colour match to your sample, or a RAL number.
