Colour Additive And Feeding Systems

These Colour Additive and Feeding Systems add precise percentages of colour (Masterbatch) at the throat of the machine in either an injection moulding, blow moulding or extrusion process. We can offer both volumetric dosing units and gravimetric dosing units (measured by weight). The colour/additive dosing unit comprises a motor driven rotating dosing cylinder fed by a small hopper, dispenses additive at an even rate into the flow of virgin polymer via a machine connection flange. Twin units are available for metering two types of additive into the same processing machine.
