Precision turning is the core of Accu's custom manufacture service. Round parts, made accurately and repeatably, for customers across the UK.

Parts are turned from bar stock in stainless steel, brass, titanium, aluminium and plastics. Threads are rolled rather than cut where possible, which gives a stronger, cleaner finish.

Typical work includes pins, bushes, spacers, standoffs, shafts, special screws and connectors. Standard general tolerance is ±0.13mm, with tighter tolerances available on request.

Start with whatever you have. A hand sketch, a PDF or a STEP file all work. Accu's engineers review the design and return a free quote, normally within 2 working days.

There is a £250 minimum order value. Allow around four weeks from order to dispatch, and flag any hard deadlines when you ask for a quote.
