Stored recipes hold dispense paths, pressures, flow rates and timings for each part. Operators select the job and the machine does the rest, the same way every time. Programmes are stored and recalled, so changeovers between parts are quick and repeatable. The same platform can run in the lab for development and on the shop floor for production. Dots, lines, arcs, beads and fills are all handled, with single and two part materials, from thin fluids to thick pastes. Materials handled include polyurethane and epoxy resins, acrylics, silicones, methyl methacrylate, polysulphides and thermal pastes, from low viscosity fluids right up to thick thixotropic pastes, across a wide spread of two part mix ratios.
