Automated Potting Cells for Electronics

Automated potting cells fill housings with metered resin at programmed positions and volumes. Throughput goes up, fill levels stay consistent and operators are freed from repetitive work. Automated dispensing systems pair a gantry robot with fluid metering. Dispense pressure, flow rate, bead frequency and bead geometry are all controlled, so every part is treated the same. Programmes are stored and recalled, so changeovers between parts are quick and repeatable. The same platform can run in the lab for development and on the shop floor for production.
