Benchtop Gasketing Machine for Electrical Enclosures
Electrical enclosures need a reliable seal to hit their IP rating. A benchtop gasketing set up lays down a consistent silicone or polyurethane bead that cures in place, replacing cut gaskets and the time spent fitting them. Benchtop systems meter each component by volume, mix through a static mixer and dispense a controlled shot or bead. Ratio holds steady, shot sizes repeat and the operator stops guessing. The benchtop range covers the Flow-Dose VRG gear pump meter, the PR70 piston meter, the PD44 meter mix valve, Dispensit metering valves and the FlowDose PCV Mini and PCV2K Mini progressive cavity meters. Each one fits on a worktop and still delivers production grade accuracy. Materials handled include polyurethane and epoxy resins, acrylics, silicones, methyl methacrylate, polysulphides and thermal pastes, from low viscosity fluids right up to thick thixotropic pastes, across a wide spread of two part mix ratios. Typical applications include bonding and sealing, filling and dosing, potting and encapsulation, casting and moulding, and form in place gasketing.
The payback is simple. Less material wasted, fewer rejects, faster cycle times and a process you can repeat and document.
Every system is backed by installation, operator training, spares and technical support from the UK team. Speak to Rockingham Systems on +44 (0) 1536 628 734.
