Electric motors and stators are potted to improve heat transfer and lock windings in place. A benchtop meter gives a steady, controlled pour of filled epoxy or polyurethane, filling slots fully and cutting rework on high value parts. Gear pump, piston and progressive cavity technologies are all on offer, so the machine can be matched to the material rather than the other way round.
