Benchtop Thermal Paste Dispenser for Power Electronics
Thermal pastes and gap fillers are heavily filled, abrasive and often expensive. A progressive cavity benchtop meter dispenses them with low shear and a true volumetric dose, so heat sinks get the right coverage without paste wasted around the edges. Gear pump, piston and progressive cavity technologies are all on offer, so the machine can be matched to the material rather than the other way round. Epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, acrylics and thermal pastes are all handled across a wide range of mix ratios. Benchtop systems meter each component by volume, mix through a static mixer and dispense a controlled shot or bead. Ratio holds steady, shot sizes repeat and the operator stops guessing. Materials handled include polyurethane and epoxy resins, acrylics, silicones, methyl methacrylate, polysulphides and thermal pastes, from low viscosity fluids right up to thick thixotropic pastes, across a wide spread of two part mix ratios. Typical applications include bonding and sealing, filling and dosing, potting and encapsulation, casting and moulding, and form in place gasketing.
The payback is simple. Less material wasted, fewer rejects, faster cycle times and a process you can repeat and document.
