Continuous Flow 2K Metering for Large Panel Bonding

Large panels need long, unbroken adhesive beads. Continuous flow 2K metering supplies mixed material without stopping to refill, keeping the bead consistent from one end of the panel to the other. Two part continuous flow systems meter both materials at the set ratio and keep them flowing through the mixer for as long as the job needs, ideal for long beads, large parts and high output. Output can be matched to robot speed, so bead size stays constant on straights, curves and corners without operators constantly adjusting settings. From watery fluids to stiff pastes, abrasive filled compounds to moisture sensitive polyurethanes, the range is built to cope with the materials manufacturers actually use rather than an ideal one.
