Continuous Flow Metering with Closed Loop Control

Closed loop control measures what is actually flowing and corrects in real time. That keeps output on target even as material viscosity shifts with temperature or batch. Two part continuous flow systems meter both materials at the set ratio and keep them flowing through the mixer for as long as the job needs, ideal for long beads, large parts and high output. Output can be matched to robot speed, so bead size stays constant on straights, curves and corners without operators constantly adjusting settings. Whether the job calls for a thin, free flowing resin or a heavy, filled paste that will not move on its own, the equipment is specified around the material. Single part and two part products are both covered, at standard and awkward mix ratios. Trials can be run on your material and parts before you commit, so you see the bead, the shot and the cure before any money changes hands. Accurate metering cuts rework and scrap, keeps cured properties consistent and takes the guesswork out of every shift.
