High volume lines cannot stop to refill or purge. Continuous flow systems keep mixed material moving at a steady rate, matched to line output. Continuous flow metering systems use mass flow technology to simplify robotic application of sealants and adhesives. Flow is measured and controlled in real time rather than dispensed in fixed shots. Two part continuous flow systems meter both materials at the set ratio and keep them flowing through the mixer for as long as the job needs, ideal for long beads, large parts and high output.
