Pump Seal and Gasket Kit Selection

The wrong seals fail fast. Rockingham Systems analyse the material chemistry and select the right gasket and seal kit, making internal modifications where needed. Pumps draw from 20 to 30 litre pails, 200 litre drums and 1000 litre IBCs, and work as transfer pumps, inline pumps, recirculation pumps and dispensing or grease pumps. Each application is analysed for material, chemistry and performance, the right seal and gasket kit is selected, and internal modifications are made where needed to optimise the pump. Materials handled include polyurethane and epoxy resins, acrylics, silicones, methyl methacrylate, polysulphides and thermal pastes, from low viscosity fluids right up to thick thixotropic pastes, across a wide spread of two part mix ratios. Trials can be run on your material and parts before you commit, so you see the bead, the shot and the cure before any money changes hands. The payback is simple.
