Pumps for Corrosive Fluids

Corrosive fluids attack standard pump materials. Pumps with chemically resistant wetted parts and seals handle acids, solvents and aggressive chemicals safely. Pumps draw from 20 to 30 litre pails, 200 litre drums and 1000 litre IBCs, and work as transfer pumps, inline pumps, recirculation pumps and dispensing or grease pumps. Each application is analysed for material, chemistry and performance, the right seal and gasket kit is selected, and internal modifications are made where needed to optimise the pump. From watery fluids to stiff pastes, abrasive filled compounds to moisture sensitive polyurethanes, the range is built to cope with the materials manufacturers actually use rather than an ideal one.
