Replacement Piston Pumps for Existing Lubrication Systems

Pneumatic piston pumps can replace worn pumps on existing lubrication systems, restoring performance without replacing the whole installation. Pumps draw from 20 to 30 litre pails, 200 litre drums and 1000 litre IBCs, and work as transfer pumps, inline pumps, recirculation pumps and dispensing or grease pumps. Each application is analysed for material, chemistry and performance, the right seal and gasket kit is selected, and internal modifications are made where needed to optimise the pump. Common materials include two part epoxies and polyurethanes for bonding and potting, silicones for gasketing and sealing, MMA for fast structural bonds, and filled thermal compounds for heat management.
