Filter end caps are bonded and sealed with two part polyurethane or epoxy. Shot metering puts the same volume into every cap, so seals are consistent and filters pass test first time. Positive rod displacement metering proportions both materials to an exact volumetric ratio every stroke. Abrasive and heavily filled products that wear out other pump types are handled without losing ratio.
