Speed Matched Bead Control for Robot Cells

When the robot slows, the bead should not get fatter. Speed matched metering ties flow to robot speed, keeping bead geometry consistent across every part of the path. Two part continuous flow systems meter both materials at the set ratio and keep them flowing through the mixer for as long as the job needs, ideal for long beads, large parts and high output. Output can be matched to robot speed, so bead size stays constant on straights, curves and corners without operators constantly adjusting settings. Materials handled include polyurethane and epoxy resins, acrylics, silicones, methyl methacrylate, polysulphides and thermal pastes, from low viscosity fluids right up to thick thixotropic pastes, across a wide spread of two part mix ratios.
