Vacuum Degassing Pots for Potting Resins
Air bubbles in potting resin mean voids and failures. Vacuum degassing pots remove trapped air before dispensing, for a dense, clean cure. Rockingham Systems supply ATEX certified, air powered pneumatic transfer pumps for everything from low viscosity water, paint and oil up to high viscosity pastes, adhesives, grease and corrosive materials. Pumps draw from 20 to 30 litre pails, 200 litre drums and 1000 litre IBCs, and work as transfer pumps, inline pumps, recirculation pumps and dispensing or grease pumps. Materials handled include polyurethane and epoxy resins, acrylics, silicones, methyl methacrylate, polysulphides and thermal pastes, from low viscosity fluids right up to thick thixotropic pastes, across a wide spread of two part mix ratios. Trials can be run on your material and parts before you commit, so you see the bead, the shot and the cure before any money changes hands. The payback is simple. Less material wasted, fewer rejects, faster cycle times and a process you can repeat and document.
Every system is backed by installation, operator training, spares and technical support from the UK team. Speak to Rockingham Systems on +44 (0) 1536 628 734.
