Andel Plastics provides cleanroom medical assembly services from our Birmingham facility, where components moulded on machines from 50 to 200 tonnes move directly into our Class 7 cleanroom for assembly without leaving a controlled environment. We work to ISO9001 standards across the business and follow ISO13485 procedures within the cleanroom itself, with recertification currently underway, giving medical manufacturers documented process control rather than a general assurance of cleanliness. Sterile packaging is available at the end of the assembly process, so finished medical components can move from mould to compliant, packaged product on the same site. Our in house toolroom and real time production monitoring support the same standard of consistency across every stage.
