Andel Plastics has been shaping the future of plastics since 1975. Based in Tyseley, Birmingham, we offer a complete turn-key solution from concept feasibility through to volume production, all delivered under one roof by our own team.

We're not just injection moulders. We're not just toolmakers. We're both, plus everything in between. Our service starts with component concept advice and mouldflow analysis, moves through prototype and full production tooling, then transfers straight into our injection moulding facility for manufacture. From there we handle assembly, post machining, ultrasonic welding and printing. One supplier, one relationship, no gaps for things to fall through.

Our moulding facility runs machines from 30 to 300 tonnes, giving us the range to handle commodity plastics and technically demanding engineering polymers alike. With an in-house toolroom we design and manufacture tools ourselves, and we repair and modify existing tooling too.

Quality isn't bolted on. We hold the ISO9001 Quality Standard and work to ISO13485 procedures within our Class 7 Cleanroom. Our moulding facility runs on cloud based, real time monitoring and planning software, giving full live production data and traceability on every batch of components and materials. We've also brought automation into the process collaboratively with our skilled workforce, including a 6 axis cobot, to cut out the repetitive tasks where human error creeps in and to keep cycle times and waste under control.

We work across a wide range of sectors, and we've built long term relationships with clients who value expertise, reliability and a genuine partnership approach over being treated as a me too manufacturer.
