Andel Plastics offers 3D object pad printing from our Birmingham facility, transferring ink from an etched plate via a flexible pad that conforms to curves, contours and uneven surfaces that flat printing methods simply cannot reach accurately. Custom jigs and fixtures hold each 3D object in a consistent position throughout the process, which is what keeps print placement accurate across a full production run rather than varying part to part. We support single colour printing with RAL or Pantone colour matching, using nylon or steel etched plates depending on the volume and durability required. Vector artwork support ensures logos and designs transfer cleanly onto the plate regardless of the eventual surface shape. Components can be printed whether moulded in house or supplied by the customer separately.
