Bespoke assembly work inside a controlled environment calls for a team that can adapt to unusual component geometries and specific customer requirements. Andel Plastics carries out cleanroom assembly within our Class 7 facility in Birmingham, established in 2015 to support medical and veterinary manufacturers with genuinely tailored production needs. Rather than a fixed process, our team works around the specific assembly requirements of each project, whether that means multi part builds, fiddly small components, or unusual fixtures that off the shelf assembly lines cannot easily accommodate. Because the work happens in the same cleanroom used for moulding on machines from 30 to 300 tonnes, components stay within a controlled environment from production through to finished assembly. We work to ISO9001 standards and follow ISO13485 procedures throughout, with recertification currently underway, so bespoke does not mean undocumented. An in house toolroom supports the moulding side of the operation, meaning tooling can be adjusted quickly if an assembly requirement changes mid project.
