The cleanroom has been operational since 2015 and was built with medical and veterinary industries in mind, where the difference between compliant and non compliant production is rarely visible to the naked eye. Our team works to ISO9001 across the business and follows ISO13485 procedures within the cleanroom itself, with recertification currently underway, giving customers a traceable process behind every batch of parts. Moulding takes place on machines ranging from 30 to 300 tonnes, covering small precision components through to larger technical parts, and everything is handled, assembled, and packed within the same controlled environment to minimise contamination risk. An in house toolroom means tooling issues get resolved on site rather than through a third party, keeping production moving.

For plastic parts destined for regulated end uses, this level of process control is not a nice to have. It is the baseline expectation, and it is what our cleanroom was built to deliver.
