Andel Plastics offers ultrasonic welding as a genuinely cost effective plastic joining solution, allowing components to be moulded more simply and then joined afterwards rather than committing to expensive, complex tooling upfront. The welding process itself is fast and repeatable, keeping per unit costs low even as volumes scale, and it avoids the ongoing material cost and application time that adhesive bonding would otherwise add to a project. Because no adhesive or solvent is involved, there is also no drying or curing time built into production schedules, which keeps lead times shorter and more predictable.
