Andel Plastics supports low to high volume plastic moulding from our Birmingham facility, running machines from 50 to 200 tonnes and adapting tooling strategy as a project's volume requirements change over time. Our in house toolroom can start with more cost effective prototype or low volume tooling and move to full multi cavity production tooling once demand justifies the investment, without changing supplier partway through. Real time, cloud based monitoring keeps quality consistent whether a run is a cautious first batch or an established high volume production line. Automation supports the higher volume end of that range, reducing the repetitive manual tasks that become more significant as output scales.
