Mouldflow analysis before tooling begins helps identify how a technical part will actually behave during production, reducing the risk of costly surprises once a tool is cut. Our in house toolroom then produces tooling matched specifically to the part's technical requirements, adjusting quickly if those requirements shift during development. Where a technical component needs further processing, we can bring ultrasonic welding, heat staking or overmoulding into the same production process on site. Real time monitoring and full traceability then maintain that same level of technical control through into full production.
