Andel Plastics offers RAL matched pad printing from our Birmingham facility, ensuring a specified RAL colour reproduces accurately and consistently across every unit in a production run, whether that run is a handful of prototype parts or a full batch. Custom jigs and fixtures keep components correctly positioned during printing, so colour consistency is matched by equally consistent placement rather than one improving while the other slips. We use nylon or steel etched plates depending on the volume and durability required, and support vector artwork so a supplied logo or design transfers cleanly onto the plate.
