OMG Speed Increasers

The OMG MOX series of spindle speeders is built for machine shops that need higher spindle speeds than their machine's own drive can deliver. Designed for finishing operations in milling and drilling, the MOX range allows the machine spindle to run at low RPM while the speed increaser itself reaches up to 36,000 RPM at the tool. Two planetary gears provide high transmission power ratings, and the compact, heat treated construction with ground involute gears keeps noise low even at full speed. A set of preloaded precision ball bearings holds rotation accuracy below 0.01mm, and coolant through the tool centre is available as standard or on request. Every MOX spindle speeder ships with its own test report.
