Parts Conveyor

The MTS parts conveyor protects finished components from the dents and scratches that come from dumping parts into a bucket after machining. Once a part is unloaded onto the conveyor, a timer moves it forward a set distance, so the next part can be unloaded without ever touching the one before it. This frees the operator to carry out other tasks while the conveyor fills, rather than standing by the machine to manage parts one at a time. The conveyor is M code activated, so it integrates directly into the machine's own program, and run time is fully adjustable from 1 second up to continuous operation. Average installation takes around an hour and a half.
