Tappex are original fastener suppliers of Threaded inserts with extensive in-house capabilities for the design and prototyping of both brass thread inserts, as well as steel threaded inserts (24 standards in metric sizes M1.4 to M30 plus Unified / British Std. versions across it's standard product ranges).
OEM applications in the majority of plastics, composites and now light metal alloys are provided with both off-the-shelf thread inserts or bespoke solutions, in order to suit customers exacting needs on a global basis.
Tappex are able to offer mechanical testing as well as comprehensive manufacturing facilities which are suitable for both low & high volume demands.
