Our moulding machines range from 30 to 300 tonnes, giving us the flexibility to produce fine, intricate components as well as larger technical parts, all within the same controlled space used for assembly and sterile packaging. We work to ISO9001 standards and follow ISO13485 procedures within the cleanroom, with recertification currently underway, giving customers a properly documented and auditable process. An in house toolroom means we can design, manufacture, and adjust tooling on site as precision requirements evolve during a project.
