Packaging takes place in the same controlled environment as moulding and assembly, so products are never exposed to uncontrolled conditions before they are sealed and dispatched. We work to ISO9001 standards and follow ISO13485 procedures within the cleanroom, with recertification currently underway, giving customers documented process control that supports their own GMP obligations further down the supply chain. Our moulding facility runs machines from 30 to 300 tonnes, and an in house toolroom keeps tooling issues resolved on site rather than adding another supplier into the chain.
