Our Class 7 cleanroom in Birmingham has been operational since 2015, supporting both medical and veterinary manufacturers who need consistent, contamination free assembly and production. Components are moulded on machines ranging from 30 to 300 tonnes, then assembled within the same controlled environment before moving to sterile packaging, so veterinary products never leave a compliant setting during production. We work to ISO9001 standards and follow ISO13485 procedures throughout the cleanroom, with recertification currently in progress, giving veterinary manufacturers documented evidence of process control alongside their own regulatory obligations. An in house toolroom supports the moulding operation, meaning tooling can be adapted quickly as veterinary product designs evolve.
