Andel Plastics provides ultrasonic welding for plastic assemblies across medical, industrial and general manufacturing applications, using high frequency vibration to fuse components into a strong, permanent bond without adhesives or mechanical fixings. The process is fast and repeatable, which matters when an assembly needs to be produced consistently across a full production run rather than as a one off. We develop bespoke welding horn technology tailored to each assembly, matching the process to the specific geometry and material involved rather than relying on a fixed, generic setup that risks inconsistent joint quality. Supported by our own injection moulding facility and in house toolroom, assemblies can move from individual component moulding straight into finished, welded product on the same site.
